One of the UK’s fastest growing independent fast food chains has continued its investment into the business with the launch of a cutting-edge new website aimed at connecting it closer to its customers and suppliers.
Maryland Chicken, with over 14 branches across the UK, has unveiled a fresh new look website (http://www.marylandchicken.co) loaded with new digital and interactive features.
The site has been designed as a valuable resource for its customers and business partners by offering the latest product and food information including insights across a number of its key service areas.
The website forms part of a company strategy to build and invest in its business for future growth including a target to increase its portfolio of branches across the UK.
A spokesman for Maryland Chicken, which has its head office in Leicester city centre, said the new website was an integral part of the firm’s ongoing growth plans.
He said: “It is a unique website and different to what the industry is normally used to and this investment is an indication of the confidence we have in the business and how much Maryland Chicken has grown as a business and as a brand.
“We believe there is potential to grow our market share especially through the franchising of the Maryland Chicken concept and we aim to achieve this through investment in new resources such as a new website."

The new website has been designed to be user-friendly and visitors to the site can quickly navigate to find information about Maryland Chicken. The website now also has a dedication information centre for potential franchisees.
The website uses the latest online media tools such as a creative new delivery service animation and flash image banners while modern images and crisp design bring it all to life. Other new features involve a new food navigation panel.“We have strengthened the Maryland Chicken brand, messaging and positioning and we hope this will bring us closer to our customers, suppliers and partners including potential franchisees” added the spokesman.
The website has been designed and created by Leicester-based integrated marketing agency Seventy Nine Design.
